Et pourtant, c’est bel et bien bien un magnifique travail que nous fournit en ce moment la marque de Boardriders dédiée aux femmes créée par la championne française de surf Maritxu Darrigrand, ROXY, pour ses collaboration avec Mizuno, l’équipementier sportif japonais.
Une collaboration entre les deux entités qui ouvre son deuxième chapitre sur le terrain du trail, pour une collection parfaite pour prendre ses bonnes résolutions et bouger dès la rentrée. Car c’est avec la conviction commune que l’être humain doit se reconnecter avec la nature, que ROXY et Mizuno souhaitent prendre soin de notre terrain de jeu commun, la nature !
Et en plus d’une panoplie complète (legging, brassière, veste, top et short) fabriquée en tissus recyclés et matériaux à base de plantes, c’est bien le modèle ROXY x Mizuno Wave Daichi 7 qui détonne, avec un colorway, dans les tons lavande et citron, très efficace, une semelle Michelin « Icy » contrastant parfaitement avec le colorway, une double languette externe sur le talon représentant l’association des deux marques et des détails « couture » dispatchés ici et là, stylisant le modèle.
Une collaboration réussie, tant au niveau du textile, que de la paire de running, que des valeurs défendues par ROXY et Mizuno. Bravo !

And yet, the women’s boardriders brand created by French surfing champion Maritxu Darrigrand, ROXY, is doing a magnificent job in collaboration with Japanese sports equipment manufacturer Mizuno.
A collaboration between the two entities that opens its second chapter on the trail, with a collection perfect for making good resolutions and getting moving in the fall. ROXY and Mizuno share the conviction that human beings need to reconnect with nature, and their aim is to take care of our common playground: nature!
In addition to a complete outfit (leggings, bra, jacket, top and shorts) made from recycled fabrics and plant-based materials, it’s the ROXY x Mizuno Wave Daichi 7 model that really stands out, with a very effective lavender and lemon colorway, a Michelin « Icy » sole contrasting perfectly with the colorway, a double external tongue on the heel representing the association of the two brands and « couture » details scattered here and there, styling the model.
A successful collaboration, both in terms of the textile, the running shoe and the values upheld by ROXY and Mizuno. Well done!
